I have nearly 30 years' experience advising on Pensions legal matters.
I have supported corporates and trustees of pension schemes on all aspects of pensions law. I have particular expertise in Litigation, regulatory disputes, M&A, Restructuring, establishing SPVs and insurance legal support.
I have supported clients in a number of sectors but with a particular focus on Retail, Media, Industry and Finance sector.
I also have significant experience with unapproved and off shore pension plans from establishing arrangements to resolving disputes.
I recently spent 4 years as a trustee of PwC's defined benefit pension schemes earning valuable insight in the operation of schemes and being a client of professional services companies.
