My practice encompasses a range of finance transactions. My expertise includes asset finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance (including residential, investment and development), commodity and trade finance (in both primary and secondary market transactions) and syndicated and bilateral corporate lending.
I act for a broad spectrum of participants in finance transactions, which includes financial institutions, sponsors, corporates and investment managers. This provides me with a balanced perspective and an ability to find commercial solutions to facilitate transactions.
