My practice focuses on corporate law, with a particular interest in M&A, corporate governance and ESG matters.
I hold a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s degree in International and European Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and I also participated in an exchange programme in Istanbul.
I am fluent in French, Dutch and English, which enables me to support clients in a multilingual and international environment.

EFRAG delivers Draft Simplified European Sustainability Reporting Standards to European Commission

On 3 December 2025, the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG ) submitted its technical advice on the draft simplified European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS ) to the European Commission, marking a significant shift in the EU’s sustainability reporting framework under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD ). The revision of the ESRS is part of the Omnibus I proposals, which aim to simplify sustainability requirements and reduce reporting obligations.
