- Acting for a landowner to implement a complicated Option Agreement to document terms agreed with a national agency in lieu of CPO powers.
- Acting for a renewable energy provider entering into Options Agreements over various parcels of land across the UK facilitating c.25-40 year leases with landowners for the purpose of installing and operating solar PV energy apparatus and battery storage sites.
- Advising on a disposal of a site for residential development conditional on satisfactory planning for the scheme.
- Advising an institutional funder financing numerous sites for the development of care homes across the UK.
