Mehdi Gasmi

Mehdi specialises in corporate tax and VAT. His practice focuses on inbound and outbound mergers and acquisitions, global tax planning and tax incentives in France such as the R&D tax credit. He also has experience in providing tax advice on buyouts and management incentives.
 
He has been practicing as a licensed lawyer in France since 2016. Prior to joining Fieldfisher, he was a Tax Associate at PwC Société d'Avocats.

He speaks French and English.
