I advise national and international corporations, entrepreneurs and investors on complex cross-border M&A transactions, joint venture structures, venture capital investments, and corporate restructuring measures and issues.
My focus is on advising on cross-border corporate transactions and investment processes. I also advise on the structuring and implementation of employee participation programs.
I advise our clients in German and English.

My background
I was admitted to the bar in 2021.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a lawyer in a medium-sized law firm in the field of Venture Capital.

European law firm Fieldfisher has advised the listed Incap Corporation on its acquisition of the Lacon Group, an established EMS and ODM provider founded in 1985 with production sites in Germany and Romania and a strong focus on the defence, rail technology and medical technology sectors. The transaction involves the acquisition of all shares for a minimum purchase price of EUR 50 million, plus a potential earn-out of up to EUR 5 million.
