I specialise in Business law and M&A, working more specifically on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, often on behalf of foreign acquirers purchasing French or European companies. I also assist European sellers in their negotiations with foreign purchasers.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked for law firms in France and England.
I hold a degree in International and European Law and a Master's Degree in Corporate and EU Law from the University Paris-Sud.
I was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2019.
I speak French and English.
