Professional background
Maxence specialises in Business law and M&A, working more specifically on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, often on behalf of foreign acquirers purchasing French or European companies. He also assists European sellers in their negotiations with foreign purchasers.
Before joining Fieldfisher, he worked for law firms in France and England.
