I have vast experience in commercial and residential development, investment deals and property finance.
I qualified in 1997 and focus predominately on commercial and residential development transactions including conditional contracts, pre-emption agreements, complex site assemblies, overage agreements, development agreements and forward funding development agreements.
I also act for landlords on substantial investment transactions and management work.
