I have significant experience in structuring and negotiating senior and mezzanine investment and development facilities, as well as acquisition and bridge financings. My work covers both domestic and cross-border transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including logistics, office spaces, hotels, care homes, student accommodation and residential properties.
I act for a broad range of lenders and borrowers - from banks and debt funds to investors and institutional sponsors - providing strategic, commercially focused advice throughout the financing lifecycle.
Previously, I spent 16 months on secondment with the capital markets team at the world’s largest alternative asset manager, where I was involved in the origination, structuring, and execution of real estate finance deals across the UK and Europe.
