More specifically, in my previous experience I mostly assist clients with regard to mergers and acquisitions (both on the seller and the buyer side), capital market transactions, joint venture transactions, private equity deals, contributions of businesses or equity.
With regard to the foreign direct investment in Italy, since the end of 2021 I have gained a significant expertise with the Golden Power regulation (Law Decree no. 21/2012), which allows me to assist clients at all stages of the process, from the gathering of information of the notifying parties to the filing of the notification with the Italian Government.
Within the framework of the different extraordinary transactions in which I have been involved, as well as through the Golden Power notification processes, I have the chance to deep dive into different sectors and areas. In my previous experience, I mainly worked with clients of different sizes in the energy, technology, media and communication sectors, but I aspire to broaden the range of sectors and areas where I can stand out with my team in the very next future.
