I possess extensive experience providing legal services to: (i) entities in the media market—including producers and publishers of computer games, press and book publishers, television, music and film producers, and cultural institutions; (ii) entrepreneurs in the e-commerce sector providing electronic services; and (iii) entities in the IT/TMT sector, specifically regarding software and system implementation and support services.

I actively advise clients on personal data protection matters, including comprehensive support in implementing and adapting to GDPR regulations.
Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity / Venture Capital
I have provided specialized advice on intellectual property and data protection in over 200 M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
I am an attorney at law and hold a PhD in law degree. My academic credentials include graduating from Jagiellonian University (Faculty of Law and Administration, interdisciplinary doctoral studies in law and American studies, 2011), Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium (Master of Laws – LL.M in Intellectual Property Law, 2007), and additional postgraduate studies in copyright, publishing, and American law.
I lecture at AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, teaching intellectual property law.
