I support the delivery of the firm’s inclusion strategy by coordinating key programmes, managing our inclusion action plans, and ensuring initiatives are embedded across the business. I work closely with the Head of Inclusion, senior leaders, and colleagues firmwide to translate our commitments into meaningful and measurable progress.
A significant part of my role involves working with departments to track progress against inclusion goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and keep our plans on course. I also lead the planning and logistics for firmwide campaigns, events, and programmes, ensuring they run effectively and deliver long‑term impact.
I am responsible for data collection and reporting for client pitches, internal requests, and industry benchmarks, using insights to demonstrate progress and guide strategic decision‑making.
I support our inclusion networks and committees by aligning their work with the wider strategy and ensuring they have the resources they need. I also collaborate with our Early Careers team to help build a diverse talent pipeline and provide inclusion support to our international offices.
