My practice relates to EU products regulation, environmental law, and ESG matters with an emphasis on chemicals and biocides. I advise clients on a wide range of EU regulatory frameworks, including REACH, BPR, compliance and product design.
My work also includes advising on emerging areas of EU regulation under the Green Deal including corporate sustainability reporting and due diligence, eco-design, circular economy and environmental claims.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I trained in a leading Irish commercial law firm where I assisted well-known multinational and national companies with commercial and regulatory law matters, as well as contentious litigation and investigations before the Irish courts and regulatory bodies. I qualified as a lawyer in November 2023.
I hold a First Class Honours LLB Degree from University College Cork and am admitted to practice on the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland as well as the Brussels Bar (E-list). I am currently undertaking an advanced LLM in International and European Law at Vrije University Brussels.
I am fluent in English with a working knowledge of French and Gaeilge.
