My main areas of practice
A particular focus of my advice is on financial and M&A transactions as well as corporate structure consulting. In addition, I support our clients with (financial) regulatory issues.
I provide comprehensive advice, both in and out of court, in all matters relating to shareholder disputes.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
I completed my law studies at the University of Frankfurt. During my legal clerkship, I also worked in the Fieldfisher offices in Frankfurt and London.
Before joining Fieldfisher as an Associate, I worked for another international law firm in Frankfurt.
