Due to my tax planning expertise, I have taken part in designing the international tax structure of foreign and Spanish multinationals, both in its optimisation in Spain and in its international expansion, offering them the added value of customising their strategy to pay taxes in line with the economic activity of each of my clients. Furthermore, I have extensive experience in tax matters arising from corporate restructuring, contract reviews, as well as defence and performing Due Diligence.
Likewise, from a proactive, decisive approach and with a broad global vision, I have extensive experience in the field of tax compliance, advising companies in order to adopt, implement, maintain and improve their company’s internal tax policies within the parameters of UNE Standard 19602.
In addition to providing ongoing tax advice to clients and foreseeing companies’ needs, I have on many occasions defended taxpayers’ interests against the Tax Inspection Office, both at state level and regional and local levels.
