My practice covers the full range of corporate events including M&A and business acquisitions, pre-sale structuring, group reorganisations, joint ventures and financing or refinancing transactions. I also have an interest in stamp taxes and VAT and frequently provide bespoke advice in these areas.

Tax is a complex subject but I am committed to identifying and explaining tax-related issues as simply as possible, with a view to finding effective and commercial solutions. I work closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure that I understand the drivers and goals behind each transaction on which I advise.
