Professional background
I assist clients with the design and implementation of incentive arrangements intended to recruit and retain employees. I have experience with tax-advantaged schemes such as EMI, SIP and CSOP share schemes as well as a variety of non-tax advantaged schemes.
I also advise clients within or looking to join the employee ownership sector. I assist businesses with their transition to employee ownership and have particular experience in the Employee Ownership Trust model of ownership.
Education
I passed the legal practice course at BBP University with a Distrinction.
I earned a first-class Bachelor of Law LLB from the University of Kent.
