I am a commercial litigation and dispute resolution partner and have particular expertise in disputes involving regulated entities comprising banks, non-bank lenders, wealth managers, insurance brokers and insurers.
I adopt a “can do” attitude and provide clients with practical, commercial and responsive advice that helps them manage risk and achieve effective and favourable outcomes.
My practice includes the prosecution and defence of banking and financial services disputes, regulatory investigations, insolvency-related proceedings, insurance, commercial, contractual and real estate disputes.
On the non contentious side, I have a well established liquor licensing practice and have dealt with a number of lottery licensing applications in relation to the operation of promotional games.
I advise domestic and international clients on high value and business critical matters and have significant experience resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration and negotiated settlements.
