I advise ultra-high-net-worth individuals, trust companies, and corporate clients, both in the UK and internationally, in relation to their UK tax reporting and other obligations, including co-ordinating work on cross-border transactions and working with foreign legal counsel in multiple jurisdictions.
As a trainee, I also worked on high-profile fraud litigation and international debt restructurings; on the corporate tax aspects of transactions in the energy sector; and was seconded to an international financial institution where I worked on a blend of structured finance and loan financing transactions.
I hold a law degree (LLB (Hons.)) from Queen Mary University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from BPP University.
