My recent experience includes:
- Advising a state-owned oil & gas company on its contractual rights and remedies related to the production and sale of offshore natural resources.
- Acting for a major UK logistics company in High Court proceedings related to a former director's alleged breach of fiduciary and statutory duties.
- Acting for the respondent in an LCIA arbitration concerning the alleged theft of trade secrets from a global hedge fund.
