Jaime has over 10 years of extensive experience in the real estate sector. During this time, he has specialized in advising both national and international clients on investment, divestment, and the management of all types of real estate assets (residential, hotel, commercial, office, logistics, living, etc.), as well as construction, development, and turnkey contracts, and real estate financing.
Regarding his academic background, Jaime holds a double degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB). Additionally, he has completed a Master’s in Real Estate Taxation at the Centro de Estudios Fiscales (CEF) and an Advanced Real Estate Specialization Course at the Escuela de Práctica Jurídica of the Complutense University of Madrid. Previously, he prepared for the State Notary Corps examination at the Matritense del Notariado academy.
Before joining Fieldfisher Spain, Jaime developed his professional career at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He has contributed as an author and co-author to several specialized legal publications.
