The focus of my practise is on civil and commercial law. I also specialise in restructuring and insolvency law and have an interest in intellectual property issues.
I assist clients in all phases of their business life, including litigation and insolvency.
I have also gained some experience in commercial mediation.
I am a graduate of the University of Louvain (UCL) and have a certificate in "Management of Intellectual Property Rights: Strategy, Contracts and Taxation of Innovation" from the same university.
I am currently taking the certificate in "Corporate Insolvency Law" at the University of Namur (UNamur).
I am a member of the CAP network of insolvency professionals and for two years I assisted the legal director of this network in collecting unpublished court decisions in the field of judicial reorganisation in order to disseminate their content to the members.
I was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2007.
My mother tongue is French, I am fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Dutch.
