Inés Canadell has more than 25 years' experience as a lawyer specialising in administrative law. During her years in the profession, she has been advising clients on the resolution of matters before public administrations (local, regional and state).
Throughout her experience, she has participated in the legal management of more than 1,000 lawsuits in matters of urban planning, urban planning and management, patrimonial responsibilities, compulsory expropriations and administrative law in general. She has also advised on administrative matters related to town planning, commercial establishments, funeral services, waste management, hotels, industry, asset liability, the environment, contaminated land, sanctioning proceedings, HUT, SEVESO regulations, authorisations, public procurement, the environment, coasts and the maritime-terrestrial public domain.
She is currently coordinator and lecturer on the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the International University of Catalonia and has been a lecturer and speaker at other institutions such as the University of Girona, the Barcelona Bar Association, the Barcelona Provincial Council and the Association of Municipalities and Counties.
