I am a Senior Associate in the Public and Regulatory Department. My main areas of work are Administrative Law in general, Public Procurement and Administrative Litigation, and I also have experience in Environmental Law, Urban Planning Law, Public Finances and Copyright Law.
I have advised and worked with public entities, local authorities, intermunicipal communities, large public companies and both individual clients and private sector companies in all types of legal and regulatory scenarios, including litigation. Within the area of Copyright Law, I have also worked with writers, artists and performers, and producers of various types of content.
I graduated in Law from the University of Lisbon School of Law. Later I earned a MA in Strategy from the Technical University of Lisbon – School of Social and Political Sciences, which has given me a broader perspective over multiple matters.
My practice provides legal advice and represents clients on a variety of public sector matters. Throughout my career, I have represented and advised numerous public entities, guiding them through public tender procedures and administrative issues, and also in managing their relations with the State.
