I advise clients on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights, including trade marks and passing off, copyright, database rights and data disputes.  My experience includes advising on generative AI models. I have worked on cases both in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and the Intellectual Property List of the High Court. 

My experience in the High Court intellectual property disputes includes the following:

• Currently assisting with representing Getty Images in a claim for infringement of copyright and other rights against Stability AI in relation to their generative AI model (IL-2021-000007: Getty Images (US), INC. and others v Stability Al Ltd).
• Currently assisting with representing With Wise for trade mark revocation proceedings against Wise Payments (IP-2024-000138: With Wise Ltd v Wise Payments Ltd).
• Acted for With Wise in a trade mark infringement claim against Wise Payments (IP-2022-000077: Wise Payment Ltd v With Wise Ltd and Others).

I am a current member of IPSoc (the society for junior IP practitioners).

Outside of work, I enjoy aerial hoop, baking and reading.
