I develope my work in reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, as well as accompanying the creation of subsidiary companies. Likewise, my experience enable me to provide legal assistance in the field of construction, as well as in complex operations in the industry, sports, technology and energy sectors and real estate development.
My versatility as a professional enable me as well to advise clients, both in and out of court, on matters relating to Civil and Criminal Litigation, Labor Law and Foreign Investment.
I hold a Law Degree and a Master's Degree in Company Law from Coimbra Faculty of Law.
