My experience in public inquiry work has involved work on national inquiries into veteran suicides and natural disaster arrangements. I have experience in preparing witnesses for public examination, establishing lines of inquiry and developing and implementing complex document management protocols including for electronic hearings.
I have assisted large listed corporations and government clients to respond to complex commercial and group litigation proceedings, including the preparation of pleadings, discovery and preparation for hearings across state and federal Australian courts.
