I have experience in formulating worldwide trade mark filing strategies, undertaking clearance searches, trade mark filing and prosecution work before the UK Intellectual Property Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office, as well as managing trade mark portfolios internationally.
I deal with contentious matters such as oppositions, invalidation actions and non-use revocation actions before the trade mark registries and negotiate settlements in trade mark disputes.
I work across multiple industry sectors and have strong experience in the retail, food and drink, automotive, footwear and advertising industries.
I have been working in the IP Department since 2019 and qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2022.
