I have a particular expertise in buying, re-gearing and selling tenanted commercial property helping clients add value to their assets. My specialisms also include electronic communications aspects of real estate matters.
I enjoy thinking creatively and commercially to solve problems for my clients and in particular working together with fund managers on their portfolios to deliver results for trustees within demanding timescales.
My real estate investment experience encompasses the retail, industrial, office, hotel and leisure sectors and includes acquiring property in the course of development or requiring conversion/refurbishment. I also have many years experience working on complex real estate matters in the telecoms sector.
When working with a major pension fund trustee, I established a mechanism and process by which high value transactions could be consistently delivered and successfully completed often in extremely demanding timescales, one of the highlights being the completion of a multi-million pound sale and leaseback transaction within 3 working days of heads of terms being issued immediately before Christmas.
In my spare time I take a keen interest in baking, playing the piano and travelling to new places on holiday.
