My main areas of practice
I advise our clients on corporate law issues, in particular in connection with structural measures under corporate law. In addition, I assist nationally and internationally active companies in financial and corporate restructurings within and outside of state proceedings.
I advise our clients in German and English.

Education
My background
I studied law at the Heinrich-Heine-University in Dusseldorf and worked there as a Research Assistant for several years.
After completing my doctorate on a Corporate and Insolvency Law topic and my legal clerkship in Dusseldorf, I started working as a lawyer in the areas of Corporate, Restructuring and Insolvency Law in another international business law firm.
