My practice covers a wide range of financial law services, with an emphasis on project finance, public-private partnerships, and energy and infrastructure projects. I have over 10 years' experience advising stakeholders on Belgian and international projects, including transport and social infrastructure PPP projects, renewable energy projects and oil & gas projects. I advise contractors, infrastructure funds, financial institutions and public authorities on the tendering, development, construction and maintenance (sub)contracting strategy, risk allocation, bankability and financing aspects of projects.
I also advise real estate funds, developers and financial institutions on real estate acquisition, development and financing matters as well as (international) investment banks and investment funds on financial collateral arrangements and derivatives transactions.
I have a Masters in Law from the University of Leuven and an LLM from the London School of Economics. I am a Member of the Brussels bar since 2012.
I am a native Dutch speaker and I am fluent in English, German and have good knowledge of French.
