I have over 20 years of experience in providing advisory services and helping clients to tackle the broad issues of Internal Auditing, Enterprise Risk Management, integrated Corporate Compliance Programs.
 
Main management consulting projects I deal with are focused in the following fields:
  • Designing and implementing effective Corporate Compliance Programs (i.e. pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, UK Bribery Act, US FCPA, EU GDPR 2016/679);
  • Internal Auditing, supporting CAE and IA Department to develop and implement their Audit Plan in order to assess, design and test corporate internal control system, as well as internal control over financial reporting (i.e. SOX, Law 262/05);
  • Enterprise Risk Management, helping customers to assess, design, implement and update their ERM Framework in order to identify, monitor and manage strategic, operational, financial and compliance risk;
  • Business Process and Organizational Analysis, modelling and re-design organization, helping customers to map, understand and improve their processes.
The clients I advise on a daily basis include large corporations, listed companies, subsidiaries/affiliates of public bodies as well SMEs, also forming part of multinational groups, operating, inter alia, in the following industries: Luxury, Construction, Engineering, Energy & Utilities, ICT, Chemical, Government & Public Sector, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail
 
From 1998 to 2008 I have coupled consulting experience with academic teaching and research in the fields of Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Corporate Governance and Management Accounting.
 
I obtained a M.Sc. degree in Business Administration in 1997 and a PhD degree in Business Administration in 2007.
 
I frequently participate as speaker and moderator at seminars and conferences on GRC matters and I am active member of the Italian Internal Auditors Association.
 
I advise my clients in Italian and English.
