I advise insolvency practitioners to include liquidators, receivers and examiners in respect of contentious and non-contentious matters as well as their functions and obligations as set out in the Companies Act, 2014.

I also advise the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy in relation to the recovery and realisation of assets for the benefit of creditors of a bankrupt person's estate. This regularly involves litigation in the High Court pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act, 1988.

Furthermore, I also advise financial institutions in respect of debt recovery and enforcement litigation in the Circuit and High Court against defaulting borrowers and guarantors.
