I advise banks, financial institutions and other lenders in the enforcement of securities, debt recovery and High Court and Circuit Court litigation.
I also advise the Insolvency Service of Ireland (ISI) and the Official Assignee (OA) in relation to bankruptcy and insolvency law and the recovery and collection of the assets in Ireland and abroad on behalf of unsecured creditors. This often involves High Court litigation and applications before the Office of the Examiner of the High Court.
I also have experience in the areas of civil litigation, medical negligence, probate litigation, and defamation.
I hold a Diploma in Corporate Law and Governance and a Certificate in Company Secretarial Law and Practice from the Law Society of Ireland.
