I studied Law at the University of Utrecht and the University of Amsterdam. Through several Internships I gained practical experience concerning corporate and employment law. During my studies, I have gained experience as paralegal at a regional law firm for five years, solely practicing employment law.

The proposed Dutch Crisis Act on Grid Congestion

Electricity grid (e-grid ) congestion has become one of the most pressing challenges facing the Dutch energy transition. Large parts of the Netherlands are affected by an overburdened e-grid, causing delays to, inter alia, housing projects, industrial electrification and renewable energy developments. In response, the new Dutch administration has announced plans for a Crisis Act on Grid Congestion(the Act ), alongside the introduction of a capacity market for electricity.
