I advise clients on capital market, corporate and product liability. I have provided enterprises with legal service in investment, financing and equity M&A. Besides, I also provided auto manufacturers in TMT industry with legal service of dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked at another reputable domestic law firm as an associate.
I received LLB from Hubei University and MS from the University of Stirling.
I passed Chinese bar exam in 2010.
I advise my clients in Mandarin and English.
I have keen interest in history and documentary.
