Since the beginning of my career as a lawyer, I have been dedicated to Family and Inheritance Law, working closely and personally with each client — both national and international — on matters including divorces, wills, inheritance, and estate planning.

I hold a Master’s degree in Law and Management as well as a postgraduate degree in Arbitration Law, which I seamlessly integrate into my practice to offer a comprehensive and strategic legal approach.

My work encompasses guiding clients through both amicable settlements and court proceedings, with particular emphasis on divorce cases, parenting arrangements, and adult guardianship. Additionally, I assist clients with succession planning and incapacity-related matters, including drafting wills, donations, powers of attorney, and advance directives. I also provide thorough support to heirs in managing all legal and administrative processes related to inheritance before public and private institutions. Furthermore, I advise clients on the fiscal aspects of inheritance, helping them to structure their estates in a tax-efficient manner.

More recently, I have been expanding my expertise in international law, particularly in cases involving cross-border succession, matrimonial issues, and parental responsibility — frequently addressing complex questions of conflicts of law and jurisdiction.
