Her main areas of activity include recurrent corporate advice to both public and private entities, national and international corporate reorganisations, M&A transactions, project finance, debt restructuring and refinancing, as well as the drafting and negotiation of national and international contracts for business groups in different economic sectors, both in their ordinary activity and in potential restructuring and expansion plans.
She also has extensive experience in supporting and accompanying partners and shareholders, both majority and minority, as well as their governing bodies and legal departments in the day-to-day management of the company. In this regard, she has had the opportunity to advise the governing bodies of major cooperatives and companies listed on BME Growth.
