I provide legal advice to national and international companies in matters of computer procurement, including the provision of cloud services, drafting of legal conditions for e-commerce platforms and applications, and processing of personal data in different sectors, such as life sciences, retail and software.
I teach courses in TMT and protection data, both in the public (Barcelona Activa) and private sector. I am also a member of the Spanish Professional Association of Privacy (APEP), and have a Master’s degree in intellectual property and e-commerce from the Queen Mary University of London (course 2014/2015).
