I am a lawyer specialized in banking and finance with expertise in restructuring and financing transactions. My practise focuses on general banking and finance law, advising banks, financial institutions and investment firms, with a strong focus on financing contracts, including syndicated loans, structured finance, and the issuance of credit instruments, such as bonds, notes and other securities. My work also includes navigating the complex regulatory frameworks that govern the financial sector.
In addition, I also have a strong background in investment funds and venture capital, assisting with the incorporation and licensing of funds and fund management companies, advising professional investors and fund managers, and interacting with supervisory authorities.
I hold a Master’s in Law and Business from Católica Lisbon School of Law and a postgraduate specialization in Investment Funds in the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. I was admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2021.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with good understanding of French and Italian.
