I provide ongoing legal support to e-commerce companies, including providers of digital services and XaaS solutions. I assist in the implementation, maintenance, and development of IT systems, as well as in matters of cybersecurity, from both client and vendor perspectives. I also advise on copyright issues beyond the digital environment.
Data Protection
I have extensive experience conducting audits and implementing GDPR requirements across a wide range of industries. I previously served as the data protection officer for the second-largest internet portal in Poland. In addition, I advise on broader aspects of data governance, including data that does not qualify as personal data.
M&A
I have advised on intellectual property and data protection aspects in more than 40 M&A transactions.
