I have particular expertise in advising on the conduct of inquiries, investigations and reviews. I recently acted as solicitor to the Macur Review, within the legal team at the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse, and assisted Lord Dyson with his independent investigation into the circumstances around the Panorama interview with Diana, Princess of Wales.

I also advise public bodies, regulators and businesses on the exercise of statutory powers, challenges to decisions and in relation to fitness to practise and other investigations.

My advice is practical, clear and focused on the clients' objectives and risks. Legal 500 described me as a highly committed and very hardworking public lawyer who understands the inquiry world.

I advise clients in a broad range of regulated sectors, with a particular focus on Government and Public Services and Healthcare sectors.

My roles at the Macur Review and the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse have involved advising on the scope of investigation, gathering and analysing evidence, preparing for and running hearings and advising on all aspects of the preparation of the report.

I am a member of the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers.
