I am a corporate lawyer assisting corporations, funds, family offices and private investors in matters involving cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, funding and re-structuring, shareholder agreements, regulatory and European capital markets advice.
I have also been involved in a number of real-estate-related transactions, assisting clients in acquisitions and lending transactions through SPVs.
I am a member of the firm's CIS Group and have a particular expertise advising Russian-speaking clients on corporate and commercial matters.
As a native Russian speaker I often assist clients from the CIS region, having acted for a range of Russian, Kazakh, Ukrainian and Tajiki clients including fin tech start-ups, banks and UHNW individuals. I have been involved in corporate-related litigation and LCIA arbitration matters.
In addition to Russian and English, I speak Bulgarian and Romanian.
In my free time I enjoy theatre and nature photography.
