I have experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction matters throughout the supply chain, frequently acting for employers, contractors, local authorities, funders and developers.
I have experience of both bringing and defending claims in the Technology and Construction Court, arbitration, and adjudication proceedings. I am knowledgeable in alternative dispute resolution, frequently attending mediations and expert determinations. I have acted in disputes of varied values in the UK and in other jurisdictions.
I have experience drafting and reviewing all major form of contracts, such as IchemE, JCT, NEC. I also have experience dealing with bespoke agreements.

Following the first recorded case of a Building Liability Order (BLO) in in 381 Southwark Park Road RTM Co Ltd v Click St Andrews Ltd (In Liquidation) [2024] EWHC 3569 (TCC) we have awaited further guidance as to the approach the court will apply to language used in section 130 of the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA ).
