I have extensive experience advising domestic and international entities on a variety of transactions, including cross-border deals, in the areas of financing, debt refinancing, and the disposal of debt portfolios. In my work, I have prepared and negotiated complex transactional documentation on behalf of clients, including LMA standard loan documentation, factoring and security documents, as well as corporate consents.
As part of my practice, I have also advised regulated entities in the banking, insurance, and investment industries on regulatory issues, including proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. My experience also includes supporting clients in regulatory and transactional matters related to cryptocurrencies and cryptoassets.
Corporate & M&A
My experience extends to corporate and M&A advisory. I advise domestic and international clients on share deal and asset deal transactions. Among other projects, I have worked on complex acquisitions of shopping centers and manufacturing infrastructure.
