I am a Partner in Fieldfisher's Real Estate Finance team, specialising in real estate finance, bridging finance and development finance transactions.
I act predominantly for bridging lenders, specialist finance providers and other real estate funders across a broad range of transactions, from straightforward secured lending matters to complex, high-value portfolio and development finance deals. My clients value my commercial approach, responsiveness and ability to deliver practical solutions that keep transactions moving at pace.
Having worked extensively with lenders throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the commercial and operational challenges they face. I focus on delivering clear, pragmatic advice that supports lending objectives while managing risk effectively, whether the transaction involves a single property, a complex corporate structure or a substantial property portfolio.
I regularly advise on bridging finance, development finance, investment facilities, refinance transactions and acquisition funding across a wide range of asset classes, including residential, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, student accommodation, care, hospitality and other operational real estate assets.
I am a graduate of the University of Sheffield and University of Law. In my spare time I enjoy running, playing football and walking, however it's not all fun, I am also a Stockport County FC supporter.
