Adam Hattersley

I currently work with corporate borrowers, trusts, off-shore vehicles involved in multi-jurisdictional finance transactions, banks and other financial institutions on development and investment funding transactions, refinancing issues, as well as the financing and transfer of property portfolios and other related structured financing transactions over a variety of property assets.

I currently sit on the National Executive Committee of the Law Society's JLD, as well as being Manchester's elected National JLD Representative.

I am a graduate of the University of Sheffield and University of Law. In my spare time I enjoy playing football and walking, however it's not all fun, I am also a Stockport County FC supporter.
