Professional background

I joined Fieldfisher to lead the new Personal Injury and Medical Negligence team in Birmingham, servicing clients in the Midlands and beyond.

I have more than 20 years' experience representing claimants who have sustained catastrophic injuries, particularly involving birth injury, spinal injury, acquired brain injury, sepsis, and delayed diagnosis of cancer. I take on cases against NHS Trusts, GPs and the private sector

I have successfully negotiated multi-million-pound settlements for clients in a wide range of medical cases. My focus is always on achieving the very best for them and their families to allow them to build a positive future. My team shares my vision for excellence and exceptional client care.

I regularly appear in the media where appropriate as a trusted advisor on healthcare issues and lobby for positive change to ensure better patient safety.

Mandy was amazing. She helped in so many ways which cannot be put into words. Very precise, knowledgeable, and detailed. Could not have asked for more. She explained everything in such a way where I didn't feel the need to have to ask more questions. She was very patient and understanding, she knew where I was coming from and was very patient while I tried to explain, which I appreciated it alot. If you are looking for help, contact fieldfisher, they are amazing!.
