I am a Senior Associate specialising in medical negligence claims.
I exclusively represent Claimants in an extensive range of medical negligence claims. I have a varied caseload including complex, high value cases involving birth injury, amputation and spinal injury. I also have particular expertise in cases related to cardiac conditions, delayed diagnosis of cancer and delayed diagnosis of meningitis. I have significant experience of bringing claims in both the public and private sector including claims against NHS Trusts, GPs and private clinicians.
I work closely with several medical related charitable organisations including Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA), a leading patient safety charity. I am also passionate about social responsibility and have led many charitable projects. In my own time, I sit on the board of trustees for the charity Open Hands.
I have successfully represented many Claimants and work tirelessly to secure compensation for my clients with the aim of funding rehabilitation to help restore my clients' health, independence and quality of life.
