Professional background

I interact and support GCs, RD, HR, sales and procurement departments managers, in reaching their goals while safeguarding their company’s rights and interests.

I focus on the specificity of the various industries needs: luxury brands, tech start-ups, digital health and life sciences companies, as much as more established manufacturers and distributors of consumer products, are my clients.

I have represented clients before all the Italian Courts, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the EUIPO, the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, and many arbitration panels under various set of rules.

A business viable solution is my mantra in dealing with the legal issues at task, always having a commercial approach that is solid and legally sound.

Thanks to my thirty plus years international experience, and my interest in comparative law studies, legal and cultural gaps and peculiarities are always taken into account in my analysis.

I regularly contribute to webinars and congresses on IP issues.
