Melissa Melvin

I am a Solicitor in the Corporate and Renewable Energy team based in Dublin.

I assist with advising on various aspects of renewable energy projects, from the planning permission phase through to development, construction, financing and operation.

I have experience in drafting and negotiating a range of property and commercial documents, assisting with title review and investigation in respect of lands subject to Option Agreements, and supporting transactions through to completion.

I was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2026 and joined Fieldfisher having previously completed a secondment with the firm in the Corporate and Renewable Energy Department.
